Yoga can be practiced in many different ways. Yoga can look like a sweaty vigorous workout or it can look like laying around in several shapes on the floor propped up with blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps. Depending on the body, the environment, mood, energy level and other factors, the best practice for you can change. As a yoga and meditation guide, Laura creates a personalized experience for each client in every class.
